If coyotes put human beings in peril, shoot them
Reading the June 11 letter from Mary Troness ("Coyotes were here first and deserve respect") made me think how ridiculous some people can be.
When did an animal's rights override a human being's rights?
The coyotes have snatched young children out of their protected yards, sometimes in broad daylight.
These predators must be controlled or killed!
When God created man he instructed Adam and Eve "to be the masters of all the life on earth and in the skies and in the seas" (Genesis 1:26.)
So unless God has changed his mind, which he doesn't, man is more valuable than coyotes.
Please get real, people, before man is an endangered species. If a coyote was in my yard trying to harm one of my grandchildren, there would be no hesitation to shoot it.
