Nissim Ray ALREADY AN ACHIEVER—Nissim Ray, 13, of T.O. has achieved the rank of Eagle, the highest in Scouting. He's in Troop No. 718 in T.O. His Eagle Scout project helped Ventura CountyFire Department's Station 33 in Lake Sherwood and involved building and installing a bench at the top of the hill, giving firefighters a place to sit and rest. He also put up signs to mark the hiking trails. Nissim is an eighth-grader at Carden Conejo School in Westlake Village, and he's the son of Ray and Rita Raychaudhuri.
