Baha'is mark several issues and events
      Baha'is in Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, Thousand Oaks and Calabasas will host a public meeting at 7 p.m. Thurs., June 25 at Westlake Village City Hall, 31200 Oak Crest Drive, to mark the one-year anniversary of the imprisonment of seven Baha'i leaders in Iran.

Recycle e-waste at Holy Trinity
      A free ewaste recycling collection will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sat., June 20 at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 1 Avenida de Los Arboles, Thousand Oaks. The event is open to all area residents and businesses.

Another Eagle Scout
      ALREADY AN ACHIEVER— Nissim Ray, 13, of T.O. has achieved the rank of Eagle, the highest in Scouting. He's in Troop No. 718 in T.O. His Eagle Scout project helped Ventura CountyFire Department's Station 33 in Lake Sherwood and involved building and installing a bench at the top of the hill, giving firefighters a place to sit and rest.
