Kenneth DeMoss was awarded top producer in January 2009 for Prudential California Realty's Moorpark office.

DeMoss and his family moved to Camarillo in 1997. In 2001, they chose the town of Fillmore as their permanent home for its small-town charm and hometown atmosphere.

DeMoss has an extensive background in retail management, financial responsibility and awards for customer service. Influenced by his father-in-law, Prudential California Realty's Regional Manager Jim Chutuk, DeMoss began his career in real estate. He has knowledge of the Ventura County area, especially Fillmore.
