Cal Lutheran University will offer summer vocal program to young students
      California Lutheran University will offer the Summer Vocal Institute July 12 through 25. The program is open to students ages 12 to 18, who may attend one or both weeks. In the first week, Wyant Morton will direct the students in ensemble singing, culminating in a choir concert.
