Dancers to present recital
      The Academy of Dance and School of Performing Arts will present the "Celebrate 2009" dance recital at 4 p.m. Sat., June 20 at the Fred Kavli Theatre, Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza, 2100 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd. The concert will feature jazz, hip-hop and ballet pieces.

Arts celebration at ranch will feature Celtic music
      A celebration of music and art will take place on Sun., June 14 at Peter Strauss Ranch, 30000 Mulholland Hwy. in rural Agoura. An art exhibit will be open from 12:30 to 5 p.m., and a concert will take place from 3 to 5 p.m. The concert will feature Celtic music from the Topanga Banjo Fiddle Folk Festival.
