County's Habitat earns high rating

Habitat for Humanity of Ventura County has been awarded a fourstar rating by Charity Navigator, a charity evaluator.

Habitat has earned the highest rating for its ability to efficiently manage and grow its finances, according to the evaluator.

"Habitat for Humanity of Ventura County executes its mission in a fiscally responsible way and outperforms most other charities in America," said Ken Berger, president and CEO of Charity Navigator.
