Voice, piano students to perform in recitals

Piano and voice students of the Bernadette Nader Music Studio will present the annual recital at 3:45 p.m. Sun., June 14 at St. Matthew's United Methodist Church, 1360 S. Wendy Drive, Newbury Park.

A reception will follow the recital.

The voice students, ranging in age from 5 to adult, and will sing songs from contemporary and traditional musicals, a Puccini aria, an original song and songs in French and Italian.

The piano students will present music from Beethoven to John Williams.

Performers include Bertrand Bovard, Caroline Mouzaya, Jeremy Hanna, Tyler Burk, and Chelsea, Tori and Ben Glasner.

Tayla Richards and Bryce Ballard will play piano selections.

Sophia D'Atri, Christina Torigian, Justina and Teodelina Martelli, and Katharine Carmichael will play piano solos and sing.

The students are from Oak Park, Newbury Park and Royal high schools.

The middle school and elementary school students live in Westlake Village and Thousand Oaks.
