The Westlake Joint Board will meet at 7:30 p.m. tonight, May 28 at North Ranch Center, 1400 N. Westlake Blvd.

Speakers representing the water companies of the cities of Thousand Oaks and Westlake Village will discuss water rationing, possible rate increases and conservation measures.

The board will respond to questions from residents. The public is invited.
