The 16th annual Love Run will be Sun., June 7 in the parking lot of Westlake Park Place, 3011 Townsgate Road, Westlake Village.

The run, sponsored by Jersey Mike's Subs, will benefit Senior Concern's Meals on Wheels.

Microchip-timed 5K and 10K runs will start at 8 and 8:50 a.m. respectively, and an untimed one-mile fun walk/run will begin at 9 a.m.

The run is open to individuals as well as teams of three or more. Awards will be given to teams that raise the most pledges and have the most team members.

The event will include medals and awards, a post-race party, children's activities, free refreshments and vendor display tables.

The taxdeductible registration fee for competitive participants is $25 in advance and $30 on race day. The fee includes mile and final timings, numbered bibs and awards for the top three male and female finishers in 14 age groups, from under 10 to more than 80. All registered participants will receive an event T-shirt.
