I completely agree that the citizens in our community need to take water conservation more seriously, but I'd like the city to organize a hotline to report on city violations also.

I find it infuriating to see sprinklers on at 2 p.m. to water the landscaping on city streets.

Before we start turning in our neighbors, I'd like the city to step up and take some responsibility also.
