David Case TOP AWARD WINNER- David Case, 18, of T.O. has earned the rank of Eagle Scout. His project involved improvements to the Newbury Park High School Performing Arts Center, including repair and repainting the backstage and dressing rooms. Case's Court of Honor ceremony is scheduled for Sat., May 30 at NPHS. He's the son of Steve and Nancy Case and is a member of Troop No. 753 in Newbury Park. He's a freshman at Cal State University Northridge.
