'Snow White' coming to T.O.

The Conejo Civic Ballet Company will present the fulllength "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" ballet at 7:30 p.m. Fri., May 23 and 2:30 p.m. Sat., May 24 in the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza's Scherr Forum Theatre, 2100 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd.

Company members and alumni, professional dancers and Ballet Arts students will perform the ballet, which includes such characters as forest creatures, the dwarfs, Snow White, the evil stepmother and the prince.

The production uses the original Bodgan Pawlowski score and choreography by Brett Weidlich.

New this year is a giant, walkthrough magic mirror designed and created by local artist Ann Mathias and her husband, Harry Mathias.
