'Alice' on stage
      The students of Conejo Elementary School will perform "Alice in Wonderland Jr." at 7 p.m. Fri. and Sat., May 29 and 30 in the school auditorium, 280 N. Conejo School Road, Thousand Oaks. Characters include Alice, White Rabbit, the Tweedles, Dodo Bird, Caterpillar, Queen of Hearts and three Cheshire Cats.

Westlake High School singers win at Heritage Music Festival
      The Westlake High School choral music department, under the direction of Alan Rose, recently competed in the Heritage Music Festival in the San Francisco area. The musicians won seven gold and two silver medals.

Oak Park High to host fashion show at Nordstrom
      The Oak Park High School Fashion Club will host the second annual Fashion Fest from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Sun., May 17 at Nordstrom at Westfield Topanga, 6602 Topanga Canyon Blvd., Canoga Park. The event is a fundraiser to benefit the ALS Association, the Greater Los Angeles Chapter. ALS is also known as Lou Gehrig's disease.
