The Thousand Oaks City Council is insane. Ninety-six thousand dollars plus for a study about why more people aren't spending more at The Lakes?

We have nothing better to do with that money? Why not have a couple of city employees ask people at The Lakes why they shop there and how often and how much they spend in an average month while there?

Why don't those same employees go out on the streets, find people who don't go there and find out why? And ask Rick Caruso why it isn't performing as predicted?

I've lived here since 1964and am tired of reckless overspending on unworthy projects.
