Conejo Valley Days: Was it a last gasp or will it return next year?


IRIS SMOOT/Acorn Newspapers NEW HEIGHTS—Guests at the Conejo Valley Days Carnival enjoy a brand-new attraction, a 115-foot "sky flyer" swing ride. Attendees also enjoyed the Ferris wheel, roller coasters and classic carnival games. The picture was taken last Friday night. The carnival ran from Wed., May 6 through Sun., May 10. CVD wasn't expected to take place this year, but a last-minute effort salvaged the carnival and chili cook-off. See story on page 3.
