At left, Ethan Thomas, 10, of Thousand  Oaks  plays  the part of a Plastic Bag Monster and spreads the word about how  plastic  bags  hurt  the environment.  Ethan  was  at the Arbor/Earth Day Festival with a group from Meadows Elementary  School.  The festival  highlighted  planetfriendly activities.
