The Westlake High School Instrumental Music Department will host the annual jazz festival starting at 9 a.m. this Sat., May 9 at the school, 100 N. Lakeview Canyon Road, Westlake Village.

More than 40 bands from 22 schools in Southern California will perform.

Grammy Award-winner and Westlake Village resident Gordon Goodwin and members of his Big Phat Band will play as well.

Tickets are $7 for adults and free for children under the age 5.
