A male, 42, was allegedly driving under the influence of methamphetamine, and he was arrested at 7 p.m. April 24 in the 2700 block of Teller Road. The subject reportedly possessed a glass smoking pipe and $236 worth of stolen merchandise from Home Depot.

A male, 21, was arrested for allegedly having sexual intercourse with someone under the age of 18 at 11:39 p.m. April 28 in the first block of S. Ventu Park Road.

A male, 39, was arrested for allegedly hitting someone over the head with an empty beer bottle at 8:30 a.m. April 25 in the 600 block of Paseo La Perla.

For allegedly committing a battery causing injury, a male, 23, was arrested at 4:53 a.m. April 26 at Reino Road and Paseo De Leon.

A male, 27, was arrested on suspicion of committing battery at 9:30 a.m. April 24 in the 600 block of Hanover Avenue.

A male, 22, was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance at 7:55 p.m. April 25 in the 3400 block of Lily Court.

A female, 31, was cited for alleged possession of a glass methamphetamine pipe at 2:30 p.m. April 22 at Walter Avenue and Baxter Street.

A male, 21, was cited for violating a domestic court order at 1:25 p.m. April 28 in the 900 block of Camphor Court.

Gang graffiti caused an estimated $1,000 in property damage at Conejo Valley High School in the 1800 block of Newbury Road around midnight April 22.

A burglary was attempted at Los Cerritos Middle School between April 24 and 27.

Thieves stole $1,020 worth of Blu-ray movies from Blockbuster video store on Michael Drive between April 14 and 21.

A male, 40, was arrested and charged with petty theft at 2 p.m. April 28 in the 2700 block of Teller Road.

A male, 33, was arrested and charged with stealing store merchandise at 4:55 p.m. April 26 at Lynn Road and Via Las Brisas.

Property was damaged beyond repair between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. April 24 in the 2400 block of Turquoise Court.

For allegedly being involved in a hit-and-run traffic accident, a female, 47, was cited April 29 at East Valley Sheriff's Station.

Property was stolen from a closed and locked garage between 12:30 and 1:30 p.m. April 25 in the 400 block of Dena Drive.

Graffiti was the cause of vandalism damage between April 26 and 28 in the 1600 block of Rancho Conejo Road.

Vehicle tires were punctured on April 25 or 26 in the 600 block of Paseo La Perla.

Vehicle break-ins occurred on the following dates and places: April 14 or 15 in the 400 block of N. Ventu Park Road; April 24 or 25 in the 1600 block of Calle Diamonte; and April 27 or 28 in the 600 block of Paseo Esmeralda (jewelry stolen from SUV, and a bike was stolen from the driveway.)

Thousand Oaks

The following subjects were arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the times, dates and places indicated: A male, 32, at 3 a.m. April 25 at East Valley Sheriff's Station; a female, 25, at 2:08 a.m. April 26 in the parking lot of the Westlake Promenade; a male, 27, at 4:45 p.m. April 26 at Conejo Creek South's north parking lot; and a female, 36, at 10:55 p.m. April 26 at Moorpark Road and Greenmeadow Drive.

For allegedly being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: A male, 29, at 11:55 p.m. April 28 at Moorpark Road and the 101 Freeway (subject allegedly possessed a glass smoking pipe and was involved in a traffic accident); a female, 35, at 2:40 p.m. April 24 in the 900 block of Witherspoon Drive; and a male, 49, at 11:10 a.m. April 25 in the first block of Marimar Street (subject possessed a substance believed to be methamphetamine.)

A male, 22, allegedly battered his wife, causing visible injuries, and was arrested at 11:26 a.m. April 27 in the 600 block of Calle Margarita. The wife was also cited for allegedly committing battery that caused injuries.

A male, 23, was cited for allegedly punching someone in the face and trespassing on April 9 at East Valley Sheriff's Station.

A male, 33, was cited for battery at 12:03 a.m. April 29 in the 800 block of Camino la Maida.

Homes were burglarized at the following dates and locations: Between April 20 and 25 in the 1400 block of Feather Avenue; between 11:45 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. April 25 in the 500 block of Hillsborough Street; on April 29 in the 1300 block of Calle Durazno ($13,500 in property was stolen;) on April 26 or 27 in the 700 block of Calle Laredo; between 2:15 and 2:49 p.m. April 27 in the 900 block of Calle Pensamiento; and between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. April 25 in the 3900 block of Cresthaven Drive.

Attempts to burglarize homes were made at the following locations: Between 10:40 and 11 a.m. April 24 in the 500 block of N. Aspen View Court (a prowling incident was reported at the same time on the same block); between 8 and 11:45 a.m. April 28 in the 1700 block of E. Avenida de Las Flores; at 10 a.m. April 27 in the 3100 block of Los Robles Drive; and on April 26 in the 1700 block of Crooked Trail Place.

Grand theft occurred on April 26 in the 1500 block of N. Moorpark Road.

Burglars broke into two locked sheds by smashing locks and causing $3,000 in property damage but no goods were stolen on April 26 or 27 in the 1300 block of E. Janss Road.

About $4,000 in property was damaged on April 25 or 26 in the 2100 block of Highgate Road.

An iPod was stolen after someone dined at a restaurant between 1:15 and 1:30 p.m. April 26 in the 500 block of N. Moorpark Road.

A cellphone was stolen after someone ate at a restaurant, between 8 and 8:15 p.m. April 24 in the 100 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

Gang graffiti caused $200 in property damage at a storm drain on the east side of Moorpark Road, north of Thousand Oaks High School.

Gang graffiti was discovered on an apartment wall on April 24 in the 800 block of Calle Haya.

A prowler was reported at 4:52 a.m. April 26 in the 800 block of Calle Clavel.

A male, 19, was cited for shoplifting at 5 p.m. April 25 in the 200 block of Moorpark Road.

A female, 80, was cited for petty theft at 5 p.m. April 25 in the 1500 block of Moorpark Road.

A male, 39, was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public at 8:01 p.m. April 25 in the 600 block of San Doval Place.

A male, 39, was cited for allegedly possessing and inhaling nitrous oxide to get high at 7:10 p.m. April 26 in the 800 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A male, 19, was arrested and charged with obstructing justice at 9:15 p.m. April 26 in the 200 block of Bethany Court.

A male, 57, allegedly hit his wife in the face with his hand and was arrested at 12:35 a.m. April 27 in the 3900 block of Via Verde.

A female, 55, was arrested and charged with commercial burglary at 3:30 p.m. April 29 in the 1700 block of E. Avenida de Los Arboles.

For alleged possession of marijuana for sale and trespassing, a male, 18, was arrested at 5 p.m. April 28 in the flood control channel east of Moorpark Road and south of Avenida de Las Flores.

A male, 26, was cited for allegedly possessing a small amount of marijuana at 2:15 p.m. April 23 at Gainsborough Road and Moorpark Road.

A male, 34, was arrested at 6:50 p.m. April 28 at East Valley Sheriff's regarding an incident in the 600 block of Paseo La Perla. The suspect allegedly threatened to physically harm someone.

Vehicle break-ins occurred on the following dates and places: On April 21 or 22 in the 400 block of E. Wilbur Road; on April 25 or 26 in the 800 block of Pamelawood Street (unsecured); on April 26 or 27 in the 1300 block of La Jolla; and on April 26 or 27 in the 900 block of Encino Vista Drive.

Seven computers were stolen from a business in the 2900 block of Townsgate Road between April 24 and 27.

A home was burglarized between 10:15 a.m. and 3:15 p.m. April 28 in the 2000 bock of Dewberry Court.

A coffeemaker was stolen from Sur La Table on E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard between 2:30 and 3 p.m. April 23.

A burglar broke into a storage unit and stole a floor buffer on April 24 or 25 in the 3800 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

Grand theft occurred between 4 and 4:10 p.m. April 24 in the 1000 block of S. Westlake Boulevard.
