Swine flu has been hyped to the max

It's a fact that more than 30,000 people die each year in the U.S. from some form of influenza. That equates to about 82 deaths per day or about 575 every seven days in the U.S. alone.

Since the outbreak of swine flu in Mexico about a week ago, seven people have died in Mexico from swine flu and one person has died in the U.S.

Why is the media so worried about swine flu when it appears to be one of the most benign to date?
