The real parade may return next year

JANN HENDRY/Acorn Newspapers DAYS GONE BY—With hopes of keeping the Conejo Valley Days Parade alive, members of the Conejo Valley Model A Ford Club, led by Thousand Oaks resident Al Koch in his 1914 Model T Touring Car, above, drive along Thousand Oaks Boulevard last Saturday. The CVD parade would have been last Saturday. The carnival opened yesterday and will continue through Sunday at Conejo Creek Park South, near Janss Road and the 23 Freeway.
