The Democratic Women's Council of Conejo Valley will host its annual Mother's Day Champagne Luncheon Sat., May 9 at a private home in Westlake Village.

Boutique items will include jewelry and gifts.

Delegates from the California State Convention in Sacramento will give a report and a rundown of the propositions on the May 19 ballot.

Voter registration will be available.

The cost is $20.
