Hospice of the Conejo will host "The ABCs of Advanced Directives" at 6:30 p.m. Wed., April 22 at the Los Robles Hospital classroom, 215 W. Janss Road, Thousand Oaks.

The class will provide information on using the advanced directives form for instructions about healthcare. Questions will be answered by trust attorney Ruth Morrow and social worker Barbara Harris.
