TYING THE KNOT—Erin Marie Stroube of Westlake Village will marry Kevin Michael Waters on April 25 at Shore Cliff Lodge in Pismo Beach, Calif. Erin is the daughter of Paul and Lisa Stroube of Westlake Village and Kevin is the son of Michael and Sharon Waters of Thousand Oaks. The bride is a 2000 graduate of Westlake High School and she earned bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Oregon. She's a teacher of special education elementary school students in Burbank. The groom also graduated from WHS and earned a bachelor's degree from UCLA. He's currently working on a doctorate degree in epidemiology at USC.
