Bellerue and her family have been living in Westlake Village for 30 years.

Bellerue is a constant contributor to her community, including her association with the American Heart Association, Westlake Optimist Club, Westlake Sunrise Rotary, Chairperson of the 101 Open Space Regional Planning Committee representing Westlake Village, member of the 2015 Future Planning Committee for Westlake Village and GPAC for Westlake Village

She has been a three-year sponsor for White Oak Elementary School. Bellerue's customer service, public relations and industry knowledge are a few of the qualities that make her one of the top realtors in the area. She has been a Conejo Valley Realtor since 1989, specializing in new home sales and residential re-sale.

Bellerue has earned the ABR designation, is a member of the Real Estate Buyers Agent Counsel, member of the NAR and CAR, served three years on the CVAR Grievance Committee and has earned certification from Pepperdine University in mediation and arbitration.
