Lora Martin and Michael Radonic won the award for Top Listing agents from Prudential California Realty's Thousand Oaks regional office for January 2009.

Martin and Radonic earned Prudential's Leading Edge Society for 2008. Together, they have more than 25 years of combined experience. They are the official trainers for all incoming agents for Prudential California Realty.

Martin and Radonic were members of 2008's Distinguished Speakers on the topic of listing presentation, teaching agents to help clients prepare to list a home—this requires insight, skill and experience to explore all available options.
