Kat Pellicano was awarded Top Producer in January 2009 for Prudential California Realty's Thousand Oaks regional office.

A resident of Oak Park, Pellicano has lived in the same home in Sutton Valley for 19 years. She has a vast knowledge of the community and has served on the board of directors for the Morrison Estates Homeowners Association. She also serves on the board of directors of the Friends of Oak Park and on the committee for the Boys & Girls Club.

Pellicano volunteers for the PTA at Oak Hills Elementary School and is on the tennis board at North Ranch Country Club. She founded her own website, www.OakParkSociety.com, as a commitment to her community involvement.
