WellnessMart presents free seminars on how to save thousands of dollars in healthcare and health insurance at 6 p.m. Wednesdays at 1610 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd., Thousand Oaks.

The seminar will discuss how to save money on prescription medications, blood tests, doctor visits and health insurance, as well as how to pay for all medical expenses with tax free dollars.

The event is presented by Richard McCauley, MD, board certified internist and emergency room physician.
