Simulating an alcohol-related crash

WENDY PIERRO/Acorn Newspapers DANGERS OF DRUNKEN DRIVING DRAMATIZED- Newbury Park High School student Christina DeLeon plays the part of an injured passenger being treated by Ventura County Fire Department during the school's annual "Every 15 Minutes" program. Students watched a simulated alcohol-related traffic collision on the campus. Students played victims in the crash, and others were the "living dead" to represent lives that are lost every 15 minutes in traffic collisions caused by impaired motorists.
