A male, 57, who allegedly battered and threatened to kill his wife, was arrested at 11:20 a.m. March 19 in the 400 block of Havenside Avenue.
A female, 19, was stopped for playing her car stereo too loud and was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol at 2:25 a.m. March 15 at Ruth and Frankie drives. A male, 19, was cited for possessing a small amount of marijuana around the same time.
A male, 19, and a female, 18, were arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public around 1 a.m. March 15 at Frankie and Ruth drives.
For allegedly committing battery, a male, 21, was arrested at 1 p.m. March 14 in the 600 block of Paseo La Perla.
A male, 54, was cited on an allegation of battery at 7:20 p.m. March 16 in the 3300 block of Kimber Drive.
For allegedly possessing marijuana packaged to sell, a male, 29, was arrested at 10:59 a.m. March 12 in the 1200 block of Newbury Road.
A vehicle was damaged and a grand theft occurred on March 16 or 17 in the 3200 block of Jessica Avenue.
A bicycle was stolen on March 14 or 15 in the 100 block of Jerome Avenue.
Property was stolen from a garage between 6:30 and 9 p.m. March 16 in the 400 block of Highview Drive.
A vandal broke a window ($400 loss) at Newbury Park High School around 10:55 a.m. March 16.
A $100 home window was broken with a rock around 8:30 p.m. March 14 in the first block of Albion Place.
Property was stolen and damaged on March 14 or 15 at Bridgegate Street and Clayford Avenue.
Someone trespassed on March 11 or 12 in the 400 block of Ronel Court.
Six bottles of liquor were stolen from Albertsons on S. Reino Road between 7:50 and 7:54 p.m. March 19.
Property was vandalized ($1,500 loss) between March 1 and 17 in the southwest end of Kimber Drive.
Something was stolen from an unlocked vehicle between 7 and 8:45 p.m. March 16 in the 3500 block of Bear Creek Court.
A female, 54, was cited for being involved in a hit-and-run traffic collision at 12:30 a.m. March 18 in the 1200 block of Ramona Drive.
Two males, 41 and 30, were cited for drinking alcohol in public around 3 p.m. March 12 in the 600 block of Paseo la Perla.
Thousand Oaks
A male, 29, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, a smoking device, burglary tools and stolen property, and also on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, at 10:40 p.m. March 14 in the 1300 block of Calle Bouganvilla.
The following subjects were arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the times, dates and places indicated: A male, 30, at 1:55 a.m. March 18 in the 400 block of N. Moorpark Road; a male, 24, at 3:07 a.m. March 18 at the southbound 101 Freeway offramp at Moorpark Road (subject was allegedly asleep at the wheel); a male, 35, at 3:30 p.m. March 12 at Olsen Road and Hardy Lane; and a male, 23, at 2:30 a.m. March 14 at Village Glenn and Agoura roads.
On suspicion of being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: A male, 31, at 9:35 a.m. March 19 in the 2800 block of Camino Dos Rios (subject allegedly possessed a controlled substance); a male, 21, at 6 a.m. March 15 in the 1400 block of Calle Tulipan (subject allegedly possessed stolen property and drug paraphernalia); a male, 39, at 10:25 a.m. March 12 in the 100 block of Summerfield Drive; a female, 21, at 10:10 a.m. March 12 at Avenida de Los Arboles and Moorpark Road (subject allegedly possessed a glass smoking pipe); a male, 28, at 10 a.m. March 12 at Avenida de Los Arboles and Moorpark Road; and male, 40, at 11 a.m. March 12 in the 100 block of Via Colinas (subject allegedly possessed a hand gun and drug paraphernalia.)
A male, 23, allegedly battered his girlfriend of five years, which resulted in bite marks on her left hand and two small abrasions. The subject was arrested at 7 p.m. March 17 in the 700 block of Calle Tulipan. A female, 23, was also arrested on suspicion of domestic violence.
A male, 43, was arrested and charged with battering his wife at 10:20 p.m. March 19 in the 2700 block of Lakewood Place. A female, 49, was cited on an allegation of battery she may have committed on her spouse at the scene.
On suspicion of battering and injuring his wife, a male, 33, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. March 16 in the 2400 block of Avenida de Las Plantas.
A male, 49, was arrested and charged with inflicting corporal injury on his spouse at 7 p.m. March 16 in the first block of Conejo Boulevard. A female, 42, was arrested on an allegation of the same charge.
A male, 25, allegedly looked through a 19-year-old woman's bedroom window around 11:30 p.m. March 15 in the 100 block of Prentiss Street.
A male, 57, was arrested and charged with making criminal threats at 3:25 p.m. March 13 in the 500 block of Burning Tree Drive.
On suspicion of committing four commercial burglaries at Albertsons on E. Avenida de Los Arboles between Sept. 21 and Nov. 25, a male, 33, was arrested in Lancaster on March 17.
A male, 38, was arrested and charged with petty theft and receiving known stolen property at 2 p.m. March 15 at Boardwalk Avenue and Hillcrest Drive.
For allegedly attempting to steal merchandise from Sears, a male, 21, was cited at 6:50 p.m. March 15.
Stereo equipment that was reportedly stolen was found in a 30-year-old male's vehicle, and the subject was arrested at 11 p.m. March 14 in the 1300 block of Calle Bouganvilla.
On suspicion of attempted shoplifting from Urban Outfitters on W. Hillcrest Drive, a female, 21, was cited at 3:26 p.m. March 15.
An assailant allegedly battered a referee during an amateur soccer game around 3 p.m. March 15 in the 600 block of W. Avenida de Los Arboles.
A thief stole property from Borders bookstore and Longs Drugs on March 15.
A male, 43, allegedly committed a burglary around 9:30 a.m. March 12 in the 3900 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.
A male, 25, was cited for annoying someone with an electronic device at 7:30 p.m. March 6 in the 400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.
For alleged involvement in a hit-and-run traffic accident and giving false information to a police officer, a male, 19, was cited at 3:30 p.m. March 14 in the 3400 block of Hill Canyon Avenue.
A petty theft occurred on March 14 or 15 in the 2800 block of S. Moorpark Road.
A home was burglarized between 10:30 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. March 13 in the 4600 block of Sunnyhill Street.
Three bicycles were stolen between March 14 and 17 in the 5600 block of Grey Feather Court.
A purse was stolen between 11:30 a.m. and noon March 17 in the 2700 block of Agoura Road.
Nori Japanese Grill on E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard was burglarized on March 12 or 13.
Property was stolen from a locked storage shed belonging to Redeemer Lutheran Church at 667 Camino Dos Rios on March 17 or 18.
Petty theft occurred between 3:40 and 4:20 p.m. March 18 in the 200 block of S. Moorpark Road.
Property was stolen ($500 loss) from a youth baseball league's storage shed on March 11 or 12 at an undisclosed location. The shed was also vandalized with spray painted graffiti.
An electric saw valued at more than $400 was stolen between 2 and 2:05 p.m. March 16 in the 3200 block of W. Sierra Drive.
A backpack was stolen from an unlocked locker between noon and 3 p.m. March 11 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.
Property was stolen from Ralphs on N. Moorpark Road between 6 and 6:20 p.m. March 14.
A home was burglarized on March 9 in the 2200 block of McCrea Road.
A vehicle windshield was shattered ($450 damage) on March 18 or 19 in the 2300 block of Calle Verbena.
A vehicle window was smashed ($200 loss) on March 13 or 14 in the 2400 block of Dillon Court.
A van window valued at $300 was broken on March 13 or 14 in the 200 block of Encino Vista Drive.
A vehicle's left door and fender were dented ($800 in damage) on March 13 or 14 in the 2800 block of Sandhurst Avenue.
A vehicle had $2,250 in damage on March 16 or 17 in the 1100 block of Alamos Drive.
Paint was scraped off a vehicle ($250 in damage) on March 17 or 18 in the 800 block of Warwick Avenue.
Four tires were punctured on a vehicle and paint was scratched on all four of its sides between 6:30 and 11:30 p.m. March 13 in the 500 block of Rio Grande Circle. The damage estimate was $2,400.
Auto parts were stolen on March 17 or 18 in the 1000 block of Avenida de Las Flores.
Vehicle break-ins occurred on the following dates and places: Between 8:50 and 9:30 a.m. March 17 in the 500 block of Rosario Drive (unlocked); on March 12 or 13 in the 3000 block of Calle Quebracho (two vehicles); between March 9 and 13 in the 3200 block of Luther Avenue; on March 14 in the 1600 block of E. Avenida de Las Flores (unlocked); on March 13 or 14 in the 600 block of Flaming Star Avenue (left window broken); on March 13 or 14 in the 1600 block of Orinda Court (window broken); between March 8 and 14 in the 1600 block of Orinda Court (window broken); and between March 10 and 14 in the 100 block of Memorial Parkway.
A male, 18, was cited for alleged possession of marijuana at 12:03 a.m. March 14 in the 3100 block of Darlington Drive.
A male, 39, was cited for allegedly drinking alcohol in public at 6:20 p.m. March 13 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

Vandals broke vehicle windows, causing an estimated loss of $1,000, on March 16 or 17 in the 4500 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.
A female, 45, was cited for allegedly shoplifting from Rite-Aid on E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard at 3:35 p.m. March 18.
A wallet was stolen from a golf cart between 12:45 and 1:15 p.m. March 16 in the 4800 block of W. Lakeview Canyon Road.
Vandals caused $625 in damage to windows between March 9 and 12 in the 1800 block of Bridgegate Street.
