Sculpture had an interesting name

"New sculptures to be unveiled in T.O." has to be the funniest article the Acorn has ever run. A sculpture depicting, in essence, a giant hole? Titled "Uranus"? Outside the children's entrance of the library?
Stop it! You're killing me!
I predict the sculpture and its accompanying plaque will easily be the most popular installation ever, especially with the middle school crowd. But then, anything that gets kids to the library is a plus, proving once again that public art's benefits are many and manifest.
Thanks to the city for providing the laugh.
In times like these, levity is a real public service. Kathy Leslie Thousand Oaks
