Newbury Park
A male, 22, was arrested and charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance, possessing stolen property, lying to police about his name and possessing two glass smoking pipes at 2:40 p.m. March 6 in the 1900 block of Newbury Road.
A male, 30, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol at 3:03 a.m. March 6 in the 600 block of Paseo La Perla. The subject allegedly possessed a fake driver's license.
On suspicion of being under the influence of controlled substances, the following were arrested: A female, 21, at 10 p.m. March 7 in the 1500 block of Newbury Road; a male, 21, at 10 p.m. March 7 in the 1500 block of Newbury Road; a male, 26, at 10:30 p.m. March 7 in the 1500 block of Newbury Road; a male, 39, at 10:04 a.m. March 8 in the 1300 block of Newbury Road; and a male, 27, at 10:04 a.m. March 8 in the 1300 block of Newbury Road.
A male, 38, allegedly committed battery in the 1700 block of W. Hillcrest Drive at 1:55 a.m. March 12 and was cited in Camarillo.
A male, 39, allegedly battered his spouse and was cited at 8:22 p.m. March 8 at Kimber Road and Wendy Drive.
On suspicion of being drunk in public, a male, 51, was arrested at 2:15 p.m. March 9 at Newbury Road and Michael Drive.
A female, 49, was allegedly involved in a hit-and-run traffic collision on Hillcrest Drive west of Ventu Park Road on Jan. 31, and she was cited at East Valley Sheriff's Station on March 5.
Burglars broke into Albertsons grocery store on S. Reino Road and stole property between 2:20 and 3:15 a.m. March 9.
Grand theft occurred between Feb. 12 and 16 in the 5200 block of Via Capote.
Graffiti caused damage to a block wall on Aug. 12 or 13 in the 1100 block of Newbury Road. The crime was recently reported.
A burglar broke into a storage container and vehicle, and attempted to steal another vehicle between March 6 and 9 at Rancho Dos Vientos and Via El Cerro.
Unlocked vehicle break-ins occurred on the following dates and places: On March 10 or 11 in the 600 block of Camino Del Lago; on March 10 or 11 in the 100 block of Via Mirabella; on March 10 or 11 in the first block of Via Mirabella; on March 10 or 11 in the 100 block of Calle del Prado; and on March 6 or 7 in the 300 block of Charro Avenue.
A home was burglarized on Jan. 13 or 14 in the 3500 block of Baxter Street. The crime was recently reported.
Thousand Oaks
A male, 22, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol at 3:47 a.m. March 12 in the first block of Wilbur Road.
On suspicion of being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: A female, 25, at 5:20 p.m. March 4 in the 1800 block of Los Feliz Drive; a female, 44, at 3 p.m. March 5 in the 2800 block of Los Robles Drive; a female, 45, at 5 p.m. March 11 in the 100 block of Summerfield Street; a female, 25, at 4:28 p.m. March 6 at Erbes Road and La Granada Drive (subject was involved in a singlevehicle accident); a male, 41, at 5:50 p.m. March 4 in the 1800 block of Los Feliz Drive (subject allegedly possessed five Oxycodone pills); a female, 37, at 9:25 a.m. March 8 in the 1100 block of Monte Sereno Drive (subject allegedly possessed a glass smoking pipe); and a male, 47, at 5 p.m. March 11 in the 100 block of Summerfield Street.
A male, 24, was cited for possessing a glass methamphetamine pipe at 2 p.m. March 11 in the 900 block of Calle Tulipan.
A female, 19, was arrested and charged with burglary at 1:30 p.m. March 9 in the 100 block of Promenade Way.
A female, 42, was arrested on an allegation of extortion at 11:30 a.m. March 6 in the 2200 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.
A male, 49, who allegedly stole earphones from Sears and possessed a glass smoking pipe, was arrested at 7 p.m. March 6.
A male, 29, was arrested and charged with shoplifting at 7:35 p.m. March 10 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.
A male, 28, was arrested and charged with obstructing justice at 9:30 p.m. March 8 in the 300 block of E. Hillcrest Drive.
On suspicion of being involved in a noninjury, hit-and-run traffic accident, a male, 20, was cited at 5:30 p.m. March 10 in the 3900 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.
A home burglary was attempted between 9:15 and 9:25 a.m. March 6 in the 3500 block of Raincloud Court.
A male, 20, was cited for possessing a small amount of marijuana at 10 p.m. March 12 in the 4100 block of Erbes Road.
The following subjects were cited for drinking in public: A male, 52, at 1:45 p.m. March 5 in the 1400 block of Thousand Oaks Boulevard (subject was allegedly drinking a 24-ounce can of Steel Reserve beer); two males, 39 and 38, at 5:15 p.m. March 6 in the 100 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard; a male, 49, at 1:15 p.m. Feb. 25 in the 800 block of Warwick Avenue; a male, 25, at 4:30 p.m. March 6 in the 800 block of Warwick Avenue; and a male, 47, at 5:14 p.m. March 6 in the 100 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.
Three flat screen televisions that were mounted on walls were stolen between March 1 and 3 in the 2800 block of Rainfield Avenue.
Property was stolen between 1:20 and 1:30 a.m. March 8 at Suki 7 restaurant at 925 S. Westlake Blvd.
Vandals damaged property on March 7 or 8 in the 1000 block of Warwick Avenue.
A home was burglarized between 7:40 a.m. and 3 p.m. on March 10 in the 1100 block of Calle Almendro.
Gang graffiti was found March 5 or 6 on property on in the 2000 block of Los Feliz Drive.
Graffiti vandalism on property belonging to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church caused damage on Avenida de Los Arboles on March 12.
Thieves stole alcohol valued at $315 from Ralphs on N. Moorpark Road between 6 and 6:30 p.m. Feb. 26. The crime was reported the first week of March.
Power tools were stolen from a garage between March 8 and 10 in the 900 block of Lake Sherwood Drive.
Two hubcaps were stolen between March 5 and 8 in the 2100 block of Summerpark Court.
A vehicle was damaged between 8 and 10:15 a.m. March 8 in the 700 block of E. Avenida de Los Arboles.

Olsen Road; between 5 and 9:30 a.m. March 12 in the 1800 block of Shaw Court; on March 3 or 4 in the 1200 block of Wilder Street; on March 5 or 6 in the 1500 block of E. Potter Avenue (two unlocked vehicles); between 7 and 7:08 p.m. March 6 at Calle Narciso and Calle Tulipan; on March 7 or 8 in the 600 block of Calle Margarita (unlocked); on March 8 in the 800 block of Calle Pensamiento (unlocked); on March 8 or 9 in the 800 block of Calle Ciruelo (computer tools and a briefcase were stolen from an unlocked vehicle); on March 8 or 9 in the 800 block of Calle Ciruelo (unlocked); and on March 5 in the 1100 block of Windsor Drive.

A vehicle was vandalized between 4:30 and 6:05 p.m. March 12 in the 2400 block of Townsgate Road.
Vandals slashed two vehicle tires on March 5 or 6 in the 1500 block of Aspenwall Road. On the same block, another vehicle's tires were punctured on March 5 or 6. Tires were also damaged at Aspenwall Road and Strandway Circle.
Tires of four vehicles were slashed on March 5 or 6 in the 1100 block of S. Westlake Boulevard.
A petty theft occurred on March 5 or 6 in the 2400 block of Townsgate Road.
