Session on Friday to discuss young women with breast cancer

Jodi McIntosh, associate program director of the Wellness Community Valley/Ventura, will facilitate an interactive discussion about the emotional challenges faced by young women with breast cancer from 1 to 3 p.m. tomorrow, Fri., March 13, at the Wellness Community, 530 Hampshire Road, Westlake Village.

McIntosh is a licensed marriage and family therapist, clinical supervisor at the Mitchell Family Counseling Clinic in Northridge and part-time faculty in the department of educational psychology and counseling at Cal State University Northridge.

This free event is for women ages 18 to 49 who are in treatment or have had breast cancer.
