Back from living in Maryland with her family, Melissa Karp Horowitz has returned to resume her work/career as a Realtor and part of the Sheri Karp group.

"Although away, I was still watching the market and the comparables through the MLS and Realtor.com. Once you are a real estate agent, it is in your blood to follow the market, loan rates and area conditions," said Karp Horowitz.

Anxious to reconnect with her clients, Karp Horowitz will begin back with The Sheri Karp Group at Ewing & Associates/Sotheby's International Realty the first of April. The Sheri Karp Group consists of her mother Sheri Karp, senior real estate agent for more than 21 years; her brother Jared Karp, a new licensee, and Dani Johnson, an exceptional, skilled licensed assistant.

"We are a family group working hard for each to succeed but mostly of obtaining our goal of ultimate service to our clients, as if they are family as well," said Karp Horowitz.
