A male, 50, allegedly struck his grandson with a belt twice, causing a visible injury. The subject then allegedly pushed his wife, who fell

n the 3300 block of Daniel Street. The subject was arrested at 8:07 p.m. March 1 at Kimber Drive and Baxter Street.
A male, 32, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the
nfluence of alcohol at 12:01 a.m. March 1 at Michael Drive and Northam Avenue.
On suspicion of being under the
nfluence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: A male, 49, at 3:20 p.m. Feb. 26 in the 2700 block of Teller Road (subject was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possessing stolen property and illegal possession of a weapon); a male, 30, at 12:50 a.m. Feb. 28 at Gerald and Jenny drives; a female, 23, at 10:30 a.m. Feb. 28 in the first block of Cindy Avenue (subject also allegedly possessed—concealed in her bra— a glass smoking pipe with white residue); a female, 20, at 10:30 a.m. March 4 in the first block of Albion Place; and a male, 19, at 11:30 p.m. March 5 at Ventu Park Road and the 101 Freeway.
For allegedly battering and
njuring the mother of his child, a male, 20, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. Feb. 27 in the 300 block of Knollwood Drive.
A male, 36, was arrested and charged with battery at midnight Feb. 27 in the 3000 block of Theresa Drive.
A male, 44, was reportedly creating a disturbance inside a restaurant in the 700 block of N. Ventu Park Road around 6:50 p.m. Feb. 28. The subject allegedly had been drinking alcohol and refused to
eave when asked to do so. He was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and being drunk in public.
Charged with violating a restraining order by being within 100 yards of his son's school, a male, 47, was arrested at 10:50 p.m. March 4
n the 500 block of N. Ventu Park Road.
The valuables of two businesses were stolen from locked storage containers on Feb. 25 or 26 in the 500 block of N. Ventu Park Road. Burglars also broke into and stole property from a locked trailer on the same block.
For allegedly committing battery at Wendy Drive and Borchard Road on Feb. 27, a male, 27, was cited at East Valley Sheriff's Station that day.
Graffiti caused $600 in property damage at Lynn Oaks Park on Feb. 27 or 28.
Shipping pallets were stolen from a drugstore between 5 and 6 p.m. Feb. 26.
A vandal damaged a garage door by ramming it with a motor vehicle on Feb.26 or 27 in the 3600 block of Kimber Drive. The damage estimate was $1,100.
Gang graffiti was discovered Feb. 28 in a restroom at Dos Vientos Community Park.
A vehicle break-in occurred Feb. 25 or 26 in the 1600 block of Camino Olmo.
Thousand Oaks
The following subjects were arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the times, dates and places indicated: A female, 41, at 8:49 p.m. March 3 at Westlake Boulevard and Hillcrest Road (subject allegedly injured others in a traffic accident); a female, 56, at 11:37 p.m. Feb. 27 on Peacock Circle, west of Westlake Boulevard (subject was allegedly involved in a noninjury, single-vehicle accident); a male, 28, at 2:25 a.m. Feb. 28 in the 400 block of N. Moorpark Road; a male, 22, at 4 a.m. Feb. 28 at Olsen Road and the 23 Freeway; and a female, 42, at 9:30 a.m. March 1 on Moorpark Road and Rolling Oaks Drive.
On suspicion of being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: A male, 20, at 6 p.m. Feb. 26 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive (subject allegedly possessed two fake $100 bills); a male, 29, at 5:10 p.m. Feb. 27 in the 900 block of Calle Tulipan (substance believed to be methamphetamine); a male, 32, at 7:40 p.m. Feb. 27 in an unnamed bar in Thousand Oaks (substance believed to be methamphetamine); a male, 24, at 2 a.m. Feb. 28 in the 800 block of Bury Circle (subject allegedly possessed injection/ingestion devices of syringes, spoons, cotton balls and a belt); a male, 31, at 12:30 p.m. March 2 in the 700 block of Calle Cardo; and a male, 37, at 5:15 p.m. March 4 in the 1800 block of Los Feliz Drive.
A male, 27, was cited for possessing a glass methamphetamine pipe at 3:15 p.m. Feb. 27 in the 900 block of Calle Tulipan.
A male, 50, and a female, 45, were arrested for allegedly battering and injuring each other at 9:40 a.m. March 1 in the Camelot condominium complex.
For allegedly committing battery on Jan. 16 in the 100 block of Tennyson Street, a male, 36, was cited at 9 a.m. March 4 in the 2500 block of Frost Street.
A male, 22, was arrested and charged with using someone else's credit card without permission at 10 a.m. March 4 at East Valley Sheriff's Station.
A female, 19, allegedly vandalized property in the 200 block of Almon Drive on Feb. 24, and she was cited in the 1000 block of Waltham Road in Simi Valley.
A male, 19, allegedly fled the scene of a noninjury traffic collision and was cited at Auto Mall Drive and Pierce Arrow at 8:30 a.m. March 4. A male, 20, was cited for a similar crime that occurred around 6:45 p.m. Feb. 28 at Triunfo Canyon Road and Highgate Road.
A male, 42, was cited for allegedly disobeying a court order at 9:15 a.m. Feb. 27 in the 1300 block of Lynnmere Drive.
Gang graffiti caused property damage on Feb. 26 in the 100 block of Triangle Street. Gang graffiti was also discovered on Feb. 26 in the 1100 block of Monte Sereno Drive.
A vandal poured sugar into a fuel tank on Feb. 27 or 28 in the 200 block of Siesta Avenue.
A male, 36, was arrested and charged with selling counterfeit DVDs valued at more than $400 at 11:45 a.m. Feb. 28 in the 1300 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.
On suspicion of prowling and giving police a false name, a male, 23, was arrested at 2 a.m. Feb. 28 in an unknown block of Bury Circle.
A male, 38, was cited for trespassing at 4:20 p.m. Feb. 26 in the 1700 block of E. Avenida de Los Arboles.
Two males, ages 28 and 23, were cited for drinking Bud Ice beer in public at 2:30 p.m. March 4 in the first block of Houston Drive.
A home was burglarized between 4:20 and 5 p.m. Feb. 26 in the 800 block of Shadow Lake Drive.
A purse was stolen between 12:30 and 3:15 p.m. Feb. 19 in the 400 block of Avenida de Los Arboles.
A lawnmower was stolen between Feb. 26 and March 4 in the 300 block of Conejo School Road.
Sunglasses were stolen from an optometry business between 4 and 4:30 p.m. Feb. 27 in the 1300 block of N. Moorpark Road.
A burglar broke a window and stole cash inside on Feb. 28 or March 1 in the 2000 block of Avenida de Los Arboles.
A business was burglarized between Feb. 27 and March 1 in the first block of Long Court.
Property was stolen between Feb. 27 and March 1 in the first block of Moody Court.
A home burglary was attempted March 1 or 2 in the 300 block of Raindance Street.
Vandals caused damage exceeding $400 on Feb. 26 or 27 in the 4300 block of Rayburn Street.
A garage door was damaged between 3:20 and 3:22 a.m. March 1 in the 400 block of Cosmos Court.
A home was burglarized between March 1 and 3 in the 2000 block of Hathaway Avenue.
Thieves stole a water heater from an unoccupied home between Feb. 16 and 21 in the 700 block of Brossard Drive. The crime was only recently reported.
A burglary was attempted on March 4 or 5 in the 2600 block of E. Hillcrest Drive.
A vandal threw a large rock at a vehicle windshield around 10 p.m. March 2 in the 800 block of Calle Tulipan.
A vandal damaged a car between 6 and 11 a.m. March 3 in the 1700 block of E. Avenida de Los Arboles.

Avenida de Las Flores; Feb. 26 or 27 in the 1300 block of Calle Avellano (car stereo stolen from unlocked truck); Feb. 26 or 27 in the 1300 block of Calle Avellano (car stereo stolen from unlocked vehicle); Feb. 26 or 27 in the first block of Lucero Street; on March 1 or 2 in the 400 block of Moondance Street (window broken); March 1 or 2 in the 3000 block of Fort Courage Avenue (radio stolen from unlocked car); between Feb. 27 and March 2 in the 500 block of Sundance Street(radio, headsets, a GPS unit and other equipment were stolen); March 1 or 2 in the 300 block of Raindance Street; March 1 or 2 in the 200 block of Rancho Road; between Feb. 27 and March 2 in the 4300 block of Via Juanita (unlocked); between Feb. 26 and 28 in the 600 block of Paige Lane (unlocked); March 1 or 2 in the 1800 block of Shaw Court (unlocked); two on March 2 or 3 in the 2800 block of Cedar Wood Place (one unlocked).
For possessing less than one ounce of marijuana, a male, 21, was cited at 9:55 p.m. Feb. 22 in the 2300 block of Calle Riscoso. A male, 19, was cited for possessing a small amount of marijuana while driving at 2 a.m. March 6 at Memorial Parkway and Regent Avenue.
A female, 40, was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public at 3:15 p.m. Feb. 28 at Janss Marketplace.
