Mr. Erik Nordquist recently wrote he felt police in Thousand Oaks are writing tickets as a source of revenue. I'm glad they're writing tickets; tickets are a control, not a fundraiser.

Actually, if the police department wanted to raise revenue, they would stay on Hillcrest Drive between Westlake Boulevard and Erbes Road, and on Erbes Road from Hillcrest Drive, north.
