Senior citizens, low wage earners can get help filing their tax returns

Conejo Recreation and Park District's Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) will offer tax help from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays through Fri., April 10 at the Goebel Senior Adult Center, 1385 E. Janss Road, Thousand Oaks, and from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Wednesdays at the Newbury Park Branch Library, 2331 Borchard Road, Newbury Park.

The program offers free income tax assistance to local seniors and low-income residents of Conejo Valley.

No appointments are taken. Assistance is provided on a first come, first served basis.
