Terry Holland has won the award for Top Listing Agent and Top Producer from Prudential California Realty's North Ranch/Westlake Village office for December 2008.

At the company's annual awards banquet, Holland took top honors as Prudential California Realty's number 1 agent out of 245 agents in five offices. He was honored with Prudential's highest national award, Chairman's Circle Diamond.

As associate branch manager of the North Ranch/Westlake Village office, Holland could not provide a better role model for his agents and staff. His phenomenal success is a testament to his organizational and people skills.
