Kevin Lehman won the award for Top Listing agent from Prudential California Realty's Thousand Oaks regional office for December 2008.

At the company's annual awards banquet, Lehman earned recognition at the national level with Prudential's President's Circle award for his outstanding production in 2008. He was also honored among the top agents from the Thousand Oaks office and ranked in the Top 20 of all Prudential California Realty agents, to join the prestigious Gibraltar Circle.
