Newbury Park

The following subjects were arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the times, dates and places indicated: a male, 35, at 11:35 p.m. Feb. 25 at Greendale Street and Churchill Road; a female, 41, at 3:10 p.m. Feb. 25 in the 200 block of W. Janss Road (subject was allegedly involved in a single-car injury crash on Holloway Street, east of Buckeye Place).

A male, 53, was arrested and charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance and possessing property with altered serial numbers at 3:30 p.m. Feb. 26 in the 2700 block of Teller Road. The subject reportedly attempted to escape from the back of a patrol vehicle.

A male, 20, was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance at 6:40 p.m. Feb. 16 in the 600 block of Barrington Court.

A petty theft occurred at Newbury Park High School on Feb. 24.

Property was stolen from a Starbucks at 1940 Newbury Road on Feb. 20 or 21.

For allegedly battering and injuring his wife during a dispute around 9 p.m. Feb. 23 in the 100 block of Cindy Avenue, a male, 33, was arrested the next day in Ventura.

A male, 38, was arrested and charged with disobeying a court order on Feb. 22 in the 600 block of N. Wendy Drive.

A male, 23, was arrested and charged with possessing stolen property at noon on Feb. 21 in the 600 block of Avenida Del Platino.

Burglars broke into a home and stole a laptop computer on Feb. 21 in the 2900 block of Alice Drive.

Property was stolen between Oct. 30 and Feb. 21 in the 4000 block of Maurice Drive.

A female, 48, was arrested and charged with being drunk in public at 1:15 p.m. Feb. 25 in the 2700 block of Teller Road.

Thousand Oaks

Two alleged gang members in Thousand Oaks, males ages 19 and 20, were arrested on Feb. 20 at jails in Ventura and Santa Paula and charged with assault with a deadly weapon, conspiring to commit a crime and actively participating in a street gang. The incident occurred at the Arco gas station, 1715 Thousand Oaks Blvd., around 5:30 p.m. Jan. 23.

A male, 22, and two females, ages 42 and 19, allegedly committed a robbery and assault with a deadly weapon around 9 a.m. Feb. 20 in the 200 block of Almon Drive. The male subject was also charged with possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of a weapon.

The following subjects were arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the times, dates and places indicated: a male, 29, at 10:10 p.m. Feb. 24 in the 1100 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard; a female, 46, at 4:55 p.m. Feb. 21 on Hampshire Road, south of Willow Lane; a female, 50, at 11:10 a.m. Feb. 18 at Thousand Oaks Boulevard and Auburn Court (subject was allegedly involved in a traffic accident.)

On suspicion of being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: a male, 18, at 1:45 p.m. in the 200 block of Encino Vista Drive; a female, 47, at 3 p.m. Feb. 25 in the 1800 block of Los Feliz Drive; three females, between the ages of 19 and 38, around 2 p.m. Feb. 25 in the 1100 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard (two subjects allegedly possessed glass smoking pipes); a female, 23, at 5:15 p.m. Feb. 25 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive; a male, 44, at 11:40 a.m. Feb. 26 in the 1100 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard (subject admitted to snorting methamphetamine); a male, 24, at 10 a.m. Feb. 24 at Erbes Road and La Granada Drive; a male, 22, at 6:10 p.m. Feb. 21 in the 400 block of Thousand Oaks Boulevard; a female, 23, at 6:20 p.m. Feb. 21 in the 400 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A male, 50, was arrested and charged with committing a lewd act with a child under the age of 14 in the 300 block of N. Conejo School Road. The arrest occurred at 9 a.m. Feb. 25 at the East Valley Sheriff's Station.

On charges of exposing his genitalia to someone and masturbating in public, a male, 20, was arrested at 11:40 a.m. Feb. 23 in the 1400 block of E. Janss Road.

A male, 26, allegedly grabbed a woman's hair and scratched her and possessed a bag of marijuana. The subject was arrested at 4 p.m. Feb. 24 in the first block of Erbes Road.

A female, 46, was arrested and charged with grand theft and possession of a firearm and ammunition at 8:15 a.m. Feb. 26 at Marian Avenue and Lautrec Court.

For allegedly committing assault with a deadly weapon, a male, 18, was arrested at 9 .m. Feb. 20 in the 100 block of Conejo School Road.

During a domestic dispute, a male allegedly battered a woman and was arrested at 8:30 p.m. Feb. 26 in the 1700 block of Shady Brook Drive. A female, 36, allegedly poured hot wax on a man's arm and was cited.

On charges of battering and injuring his spouse, a male, 38, was arrested at 4 p.m. Feb. 22 in the 2600 block of Dorado Court.

A male, 60, was arrested on suspicion of living in a home from which he had been evicted at 10:50 a.m. Feb. 22 in the 800 block of Rimcrest Circle.

On a charge of possessing a stolen credit card, a male, 22, was arrested on Feb. 21 at the East Valley Sheriff's Station.

A male, 19, was cited for filing a false police report at 6:50 p.m. Feb. 19 in the 2800 block of Calle Quebracho.

A male, 19, was cited for fishing on private property at 3:45 p.m. Feb. 22 at Calleguas Dam Lake.

A laptop computer belonging to Cal Lutheran University was stolen on Feb. 18 or 19 in the first block of W. Olsen Road.

For allegedly possessing a small amount of marijuana, a male, 34, was cited at 11:11 a.m. Feb. 16 in the 100 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A petty theft occurred on Feb. 19 or 20 in the 100 block of Triunfo Canyon Road.

A home was burglarized on Feb. 21 or 22 in the first block of Memorial Parkway.

A male, 41, was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public at 5:30 p.m. Feb. 21 at Avenida de Los Arboles and the 23 Freeway southbound onramp.

A home was burglarized between 6:30 and 11:30 a.m. Feb. 22 in the 400 block of Larch Crest Court.

A male, 52, and a female, 40, were cited for drinking in public at 4:15 p.m. Feb. 21 in the 500 block of Pennsfield Place.

A theft of $10 occurred between 7:45 and 8:10 p.m. Feb. 8 in the 2500 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A business was burglarized on Feb. 22 or 23 in the 3900 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A firearm was stolen between Dec. 28 and Feb. 23 in the 300 block of Rolling Oaks Drive.

A minor was cited for shoplifting at Macy's department store at 350 W. Hillcrest Drive on the night of Feb. 24. An accomplice in the crime evaded arrest.

A vehicle was vandalized on Feb. 14 or 15 in the first block of Dovetail Court. The damage was $1,500.

Vehicle break-ins occurred on the following dates and places: on Feb. 24 or 25 in the 2800 block of Shelter Wood Court ($800 in damage); on Feb. 20 or 21 in the 2000 block of Meadowbrook Court (unlocked); between 6:45 and 7:15 a.m. Feb. 13 in the 600 block of Hampshire Road ($1,000 in damage); on Feb. 22 or 23 in the 4400 block of Zocalo Circle (unlocked); on Feb. 22 or 23 in the 4400 block of Zocalo Circle; on Feb. 22 or 23 in the 100 block of W. Janss Road (unlocked); on Feb. 23 in the 100 block of W. Avenida de Los Arboles (unlocked); between Feb. 21 and 24 in the 400 block of Bethany Street (window broken, $200 in damage); on Feb. 24 in the 1800 block of W. Hillcrest Drive ($450 GPS unit stolen); between 10:12 and 11:20 a.m. Feb. 22 in the 2400 block of Willow Lane (window broken, $500 in damage); on Feb. 22 in the 600 block of Saint Charles Drive (two incidents); on Feb. 18 or 19 in the first block of Dovetail Court (unlocked); on Feb. 17 or 18 in the 1900 block of Meadow Brook Court (unlocked); on Feb. 9 in the 600 block of Puebla Drive.
