Didn't like the way one of the dealers closed its doors
My wife and I own both a Chevy and a Dodge, so it was quite a shock to read that Courtesy Chevrolet and Westoaks Chrysler Dodge have closed their doors.
We've bought several cars at Courtesy over the years, mainly because of their excellent service department. We never needed an appointment; it was always quick and easy, and I never felt that they were trying to sell us services that we didn't need.
In the case of Westoaks Chrysler Dodge, I was angered with the Rusnak Auto Group and how they handled the closing of their dealership. Surely they could have given their employees some advance notice. Instead, they just let them be surprised when they showed up for work and it was no longer open.
That's cold and heartless.
When we buy our next car, new or used, I'm pretty sure it won't be from any Rusnak-owned facility. Mike Volz Thousand Oaks
