The Thousand Oaks Toastmasters at Lunch meets every Thursday from noon to 1 p.m. in the Oaks Room, third level, of the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza, 2100 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd.

The group is for people who wish to improve their communication and leadership skills.
