The prominent local real estate team of Linda and Ryan Mills is the newest addition to Aviara Real Estate's growing roster of agents, and for this duo, community service is the key to their success.

Known to the area as The M&M Team, Ryan & Linda Mills are service minded and have a history of helping charitable organizations as well as the Conejo Valley Association of Realtors. Historically, the Mills team has been involved with Special Olympics, The Wellness Community, Parents against Leukemia and Community Emergency Response Team. This year, Ryan Mills will serve as the Conejo Board of Realtors Technology Committee chairman and Linda Mills is the board's 2009 secretary/treasurer and chairperson of the Budget and Finance Committee.
