The Friends of the Thousand Oaks Library will sponsor a used book sale from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Fri., March 6 and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sat., March 7 at the Community Art Gallery, next to the Newbury Park Branch Library, at 2331 Borchard Road, Newbury Park.

Children's books cost 35 cents; paperbacks cost 50 cents, and hardbacks cost $1.

Book donations are accepted throughout the year at the Grant Brimhall/Thousand Oaks and Newbury Park Branch libraries.
