Home sales in Conejo Valley are still sluggish January sales of Conejo Valley single-family homes totaled 52. This compares to 95 sold in December and 70 a year ago, according to Connie Reed, president of the Conejo Valley Association of Realtors. The median sales price for single-family homes in January was $638,888; in the same month a year ago, it was $733,332. The median price is the point where half of the units sold for more and half for less. Total sales for all real estate transactions in January were $48.9 million. ForJanuary 2008, the total was $75.9 million. New residential listings totaled 266inJanuary, compared to 374 in the same month the previous year, and 144 in December 2008. |
