Newbury Park

After allegedly kicking someone three times in the leg and throwing a rock at the victim through an open window, a male, 30, was arrested at 12:25 a.m. Feb. 11 in the 600 block of Paseo La Perla.

A male, 20, allegedly sent inappropriate pictures of a sexual nature to his 14-year-old girlfriend. He was arrested at 10:40 a.m. Feb. 8 at a Ventu Park Road and Hillcrest Drive gas station.

A female, 46, was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance at 5:05 p.m. Feb. 6 at E. Kelly and Newbury roads. A female, 18, was arrested on the same charge at 5:15 p.m. Feb. 6 at the same intersection.

On suspicion of being involved in a gang-related incident at Conejo Creek Condominiums on Jan. 13, three males, ages 19 or 20, were arrested in Ventura on Feb. 6.

A male, 19, was allegedly involved in a gang-related incident in the 1600 block of Calle Diamonte on Jan. 15 and was arrested Feb. 5 in the 2000 block of Mauricio Court in Thousand Oaks.

A female, 20, was arrested and charged with battering and injuring another person at 3:50 a.m. Feb. 11 in the 1500 block of Newbury Road.

Charged with violating a restraining order by placing numerous telephone calls and sending e-mails to another person, a male, 37, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. Feb. 11 in the 2000 block of Corporate Center Drive.

A male, 27, was arrested and charged with selling magazines door-to-door without a permit at 3:50 p.m. near Rancho Dos Vientos and Via Rincon.

A male, 20, was found living in a locked kiln area on the campus of Conejo Valley High School at 2:51 p.m. Feb. 7. The subject allegedly possessed a stolen computer that belonged to the school, and he was arrested.

Property was stolen from a backyard between Feb. 4 and 8 in the 300 block of Jenny Drive. At the same address, a home burglary that occurred between Jan. 11 and 31 was reported on Feb. 8.

Charges were fraudulently made on a cellphone that had been left at Denny's restaurant between Jan. 1 and Feb. 5.

The front bumper of a golf cart was smashed, and the seats and rear cargo compartment were damaged at Sycamore Canyon School between Feb. 6 and 9. The damage estimate was $1,400.

A vehicle was vandalized ($1,100 in damage) on Feb. 5 or 6 in the 3800 block of Briar Avenue.

Thousand Oaks

The following subjects were arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the times, dates and places indicated: A female, 32, at 12:40 a.m. Feb. 8 at Sunset Hills Boulevard over the 23 Freeway; and a male, 18, at 6:05 a.m. Feb. 8 at Pederson Road and Uppingham Drive (two people in subject's vehicle had been injured in a traffic accident.)

A male, 36, was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance at 10:36 a.m. Feb. 11 in the 2900 block of Camino Del Zuro. A male, 32, was arrested on the same charge at 10:45 a.m. Feb. 10 in the 1000 block of Windsor Drive.

A female, 22, was arrested and charged with shoplifting from Macy's at 7:45 p.m. Feb. 11.

A male, 22, was arrested and charged with possession of a collapsible baton and medicine without a prescription at 6:45 p.m. Feb. 5 in the 100 block of Gazania Court.

On suspicion of being a convicted felon in possession of firearms and ammunition in the 700 block of Calle Pensamiento, a male, 39, was arrested in Ventura on Feb. 6.

A male, 20, was arrested at the Todd Road Jail on Feb. 10 and charged with threatening to commit a crime, grand theft, damaging more than $400 in property and driving a vehicle that wasn't his.

A male, 63, was cited for allegedly committing battery at 8:30 a.m. Feb. 10 in the 1700 block of Tamarack Street.

For writing rubber checks, a male, 44, was arrested and charged at East Valley Sheriff's Station on Feb. 11. The incident occurred on Jan. 13 in the first block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

Shoplifting occurred at Macy's between 12:30 and 12:40 p.m. Feb. 10.

A package was stolen from a front porch between 2:30 and 5:30 p.m. Jan. 26 in the 3200 block of Bodero Lane. The crime was recently reported.

Graffiti caused damage to a wall separating Los Robles Hospital from homes on Feb. 10.

Gang-related graffiti caused property damage at Thousand Oaks High School around 10:15 a.m. Feb. 3.

Graffiti was spray painted in a public restroom at Waverly Park between Feb. 6 and 9.

Vandals caused $500 in damage to property between 9 and 9:14 p.m. Jan. 16 in the 100 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

Vandals caused $450 in damage at St. Paschal Baylon Catholic Church between 12:20 and 1:15 p.m. Feb. 8.

A storage shed belonging to Conejo Recreation and Park District was vandalized between Feb. 6 and 9 in the 1100 block of Hendrix Street.

A vehicle was vandalized between 3 and 4:20 p.m. Feb. 10 in the 2300 block of N. Moorpark Road.

Vehicle break-ins occurred on the following dates and places: On Feb. 9 or 10 in the 2100 block of Deerfield Street (window broken); on Feb. 9 or 10 in the 2100 block of Deerfield Street; on Feb. 9 or 10 in the 2200 block of Deerfield Street; on Feb. 10 or 11 in the 100 block of Kevin Street; between 3:35 and 3:40 p.m. Feb. 11 in the 2400 block of Oakbrook Drive (window broken); on Feb. 8 or 9 in the 1800 block of Burning Tree Drive (window shattered); on Feb. 4 or 5 in the 2600 block of La Paloma Circle (window broken); on Feb. 4 or 5 in the 500 block of Serento Court (window broken); on Feb. 5 or 6 in the first block of McAfee Court (unlocked); and on Feb. 5 or 6 in the 900 block of Calle Ciruelo (unlocked.)

On suspicion of selling items without a permit, a male, 22, and a female, 41, were arrested at 2:15 p.m. Feb. 8 in the 100 block of E. Janss Road.

The following subjects were cited for drinking in public: A male, 25, at 4:45 p.m. Feb. 7 in the 1000 block of Avenida de Las Flores; a male, 25, at 10:35 p.m. Feb. 6 in the 800 block of Warwick Avenue; and a male, 37, at 10:35 p.m. Feb. 6 in the 800 block of Warwick Avenue.

Westlake/T.O.

A boat's trolling motor valued at $20 was stolen between Jan. 30 and Feb. 1 in the 1100 block of S. Westlake Boulevard.

Petty theft occurred around 2:30 p.m. Feb. 9 in the 100 block of Via Colinas.

Vandals sprayed the contents of a fire extinguisher into a vehicle while a dog was inside between 6 and 7:05 p.m. Feb. 9 in the 100 block of Promenade Way.
