Susan Stone

2009-02-12 / Real Estate

Susan Stone, a broker associate with White House properties, was congratulated this week by company President Marty Williams for her outstanding production during the last quarter of 2008. Stone participated in seven transactions, listing and selling one property in 20 days. She also has one escrow closing in January.

A veteran of the depressed market in the San Fernando Valley following the 1994 earthquake, Stone has extensive experience in distressed markets, including short sales and foreclosures.

She has demonstrated her caring philosophy since 1988 by limiting her clientele to only a few buyers and sellers at one time. Stone's clients say that her myriad skills—including her familiarity with different languages and cultures, her formal marketing background and facility with legal contracts—give her an edge over the other Realtors in the current market.

In addition to her broker's license, Stone's other professional credentials are Graduate Realtor Institute, seniors real estate specialist, broker price opinion specialist, notary public and a professional designation in marketing and merchandising from UCLA.

Her bachelor's degree is from Pomona College in Claremont and her master's studies were at UCLA, USC and Cal State Northridge.

She has written articles on real estate topics for The Pasadena Business Journal, the Los Angeles Daily News and The Acorn.

Stone has been a resident of Agoura Hills since 1982 and was raised in the San Fernando Valley but has lived in four foreign countries.

She specializes in the East Conejo and West San Fernando Valley markets and can reached at (818) 865-0944 or www.susanstone.com.
