The following subjects were arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the times, dates and places indicated: A male, 40, at 7:25 p.m. Feb. 5 in the 1800 block of E. Avenida de Los Arboles after leaving Cisco's Mexican restaurant; a male, 21, at 12:10 a.m. Feb. 6 in the 200 block of N. Moorpark Road (subject allegedly drove his vehicle into a tree and left the scene of the accident); a female, 48, at 12:15 a.m. Feb. 1 at Moorpark Road and Avenida de Las Flores; a male, 54, at 5:45 p.m. Feb. 1 on Paige Lane under the 23 Freeway; and a male, 24, at 12:25 a.m. Feb. 3 at Columbia Drive and Moorpark Road.

A male, 41, was arrested on charges of possessing a substance believed to be cocaine, being under the influence of a controlled substance and drinking a 24-ounce can of Bud Light beer in public at 3:25 p.m. Jan. 28 in the 1000 block of Avenida de Los Arboles.

On suspicion of being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: A male, 21, at 2:40 p.m. Feb. 4 in the 200 block of W. Janss Road; a female, 39, at 3:25 p.m. Jan. 31 in the 2900 block of Los Robles Road (subject allegedly possessed a glass pipe with a white residue inside); and a female, 34, at 3:40 p.m. Jan. 31 in the 2900 block of Los Robles Road.

A male, 28, allegedly possessed a substance believed to be methamphetamine inside his vehicle and was arrested at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 5 in the 300 block of Rolling Oaks Drive.

A male, 30, was arrested on suspicion of being an illegal immigrant, previously deported for committing a felony, at 7:05 p.m. Jan. 31 at E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard and Boardwalk Avenue. INS had requested a hold be placed on the subject.

On suspicion of driving a stolen vehicle, a male, 53, was arrested at 2:15 p.m. Jan. 29 in the 1100 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A male, 19, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest at 3:10 p.m. Jan. 23 in the 100 block of E. Wilbur Road.

A male, 52, was arrested and charged with burglary at 9:15 a.m. Feb. 2 in the 2800 block of Shelter Wood.

A male, 18, was arrested at 11:24 a.m. Feb. 2 at Thousand Oaks Boulevard, east of Cunningham Road, and charged with interfering with a traffic stop and obstructing justice.

A female, 18, was cited for stealing a purse from a store in the 300 block of W. Hillcrest Drive at 4:18 p.m. Jan. 31.

For allegedly shoplifting at Macy's, a female, 27, and a male, 33, were arrested at 2:20 p.m. Jan. 29.

A male, 36, was allegedly involved in a hit-and-run traffic accident on Jan. 17 in the 2200 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard and was cited Feb. 3 at East Valley Sheriff's Station.

A female, 43, was arrested and charged with being drunk in public at 6:15 p.m. Feb. 2 in the 200 block of Janss Road.

A male, 30, was arrested and charged with drinking in public and resisting arrest at 6:15 p.m. Jan. 30 in the 100 block of S. Oak View Drive.

For drinking in public, two males, ages 36 and 28, were cited at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 30 in the 100 block of S. Oak View Drive.

Property was stolen from an office building on Jan. 30 or 31 in the 1200 block of Old Conejo Road.

Victoria's Secret reported a shoplifting incident ($940 in losses) between 6:21 and 6:23 p.m. Jan. 30.

A wallet was stolen from a purse at a workplace between noon and 4:30 p.m. Jan. 30 in the 900 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

Money was stolen from a wallet in an apartment between 8 a.m. and noon on Feb. 4 in the 1900 block of Los Feliz Drive.

Bicycles were stolen from an open garage between 6:30 and 10 p.m. Feb. 1 in the 500 block of Racquet Club Lane.

A burglary occurred between 9:15 and 9:24 a.m. Feb. 1 in the 2400 block of Willow Lane.

Mail was stolen from a mailbox between Nov. 3 and 12 in the 1900 block of Smoky Ridge Avenue. The crime was recently reported.

Grand theft occurred between 6:30 and 6:35 p.m. Jan. 28 in the 400 block of Ramble Ridge Drive.

Property was stolen Jan. 26 in the 2800 block of Rainfield Avenue.

Graffiti caused property damage at the following locations: On Jan. 28 in the 200 block of Erbes Road; on Feb. 3 in the 2500 block of Frost Avenue; on Feb. 2 or 3 in the 500 block of Hollyburne Lane; and on Feb. 2 or 3 in the first block of Greta Street.

A car and a mailbox were vandalized on Jan. 31 in the 2900 block of Avocado Court. The damage was $300.

Vandals spray painted cars, causing $700 in damage, on Jan. 28 or 29 in the 300 block of Galsworthy Street.

Vehicle break-ins occurred on the following dates and places: On Feb. 2 or 3 in the 3500 block of Radcliff Road; on Feb. 3 or 4 in the 2400 block of Townsgate Road (burglar entered a gated parking lot, broke a window in the vehicle, stole property and the wheels for total damage of almost $4,500); on Feb. 4 or 5 in the 400 block of Serento Circle; on Feb. 2 or 3 in the 2100 block of McCrea Road (unlocked); on Jan. 31 or Feb. 1 in the 3200 block of S. Campus Drive (three vehicles); on Jan. 31 in the 1900 block of Burleson Avenue; on Jan. 28 or 29 in the 500 block of Oakhampton Street (unlocked); on Jan. 28 or 29 in the 2100 block of Cook Circle (unlocked); and on Feb. 1 in an unknown area of Avenida de Las Flores.
