Two honored by Chamber of Commerce

JOE BINOYA/Acorn Newspapers RECOGNIZED FOR SERVICE—Tammie Helmuth is Woman of the Year and Dennis Carpenter is Man of the Year. The Thousand Oaks-Westlake Village Regional Chamber of Commerce held a recent Recognition Dinner and Gala at the Reagan Library. Helmuth owns Conejo Awards, a business that fabricates trophies and plaques, and Carpenter is the former T.O. chief of police.
