CHOPSTICKS FOR COOKIES, TOO— Cooper Bayles, 7, tries to pick up a fortune cookie with chopsticks after he and his first-grade classmates at Weathersfield Elementary School watched a video from Panda Express about the Chinese New Year. Christy Warner, vice president of the PTA, along with other members, worked with Panda Express to provide students last Friday with a video, worksheets and some orange chicken and chow mein to observe the Chinese New Year.
